Individuals use ASMR for various causes, however I attempt to make each video one that you would be able to go to sleep to (you are greater than welcome to look at for no matter purpose you want although!). I particularly make movies for individuals who have an overactive thoughts, adhd, nervousness, insomnia, melancholy, or are actively harassed. I imagine the neurochemicals in all of those psychological states look very related and my model of ASMR goals to deliver steadiness to these neurochemicals. I am not a neurologist, psychologist, or skilled of any medical/science area in any respect. I simply have lots of expertise with stress, nervousness, and adhd so I understand the world and ASMR via that lens. So, for those who like quicker asmr with a wide range of sounds and triggers in each video, then it’s best to hopefully get pleasure from these movies… and when you have adhd, nervousness, insomnia, melancholy, or are actively harassed then I hope you could find reduction right here.
